Release date for the film The Lovely Bones that stars Rachel Weisz with Susan Sarandon and Mark Wallbergh has been set. The DreamWorks adaptation of the Alice Sebold novel is being directed by Peter Jackson, and is scheduled to reach the theaters on March 13, 2008.

I think the release date isn´t appropriate. It should be released in fall 2008 for be a contender for Academy Awards, but in March, it is in danger for be forgotten!
Umm I argee with Roque .If the viewers and the people in Academy Awards are attracted by the Lovely Bones movie so … of course it will win!
I agree too I hate when they release good movies at bad time because then they don’t get recognized.
