8 Nov 2007Harper’s Bazaar fashion magazines best dressed women in Britain 2007 list comes out Thursday.
British actresses Sienna Miller (18th), Keira Knightley (21st), Rachel Weisz (22nd), Kate Winslet (23rd) and Emma Watson (24th) didn’t make the top ten, but did get acknowledged for their style.
The full list appears in the December issue of Harper’s Bazaar.
